InvisALERT develops compliance-based patient safety solutions using a proprietary technology platform.

We specialize in resolving costly non-compliance issues in the acute healthcare, corrections, drug delivery, long-term care, youth and special education markets. Our solutions are tailored to meet the demanding requirements of complex workflows and their critical communications needs.

Invisalert was founded by a veteran team with diverse and deep experience in both healthcare and product commercialization and launching and operating successful technology companies.

Peter Nagy - President and CEO

Peter is a seasoned technology executive with experience in high-growth technology commercialization, including starting, raising capital for, and selling a highly successful company. Peter is the former co-founder and Chief Operations Officer for iPhotonics, Inc., a telecommunications services company. iPhotonics was ultimately sold to Solectron Corporation for more than $100M. Peter is also the former founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leversense, a medical diagnostics company. He has raised more than $30M from venture, institutional and private sources.

Peter holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD.

Dr. Michele Marcolongo - Co-Founder and CTO

Michele is the Chief Technology Officer of InvisAlert Solutions and a co-founder of the company. Michele designed the company’s proprietary technology and provides on-going leadership for technology innovation. Michele also serves as Department Head and Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Drexel University. In addition, she co-founded two companies with technologies to alleviate lower back pain caused by intervertebral disc degeneration. The first, Gelifex, was sold to a major orthopaedics manufacturer and is currently under commercialization; the second company, MimeCore, has been incorporated to commercialize a platform technology of biomimetic proteoglycans.

Dr. Marcolongo received her doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the University of Delaware, Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Regina Widdows - Co-Founder and CCO

Regina is the Chief Clinical Officer of InvisALERT Solutions and a co-founder of the company. With more than 25 years of experience in clinical and administrative roles in the behavioral health field, Regina received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from West Chester University. Regina has played key roles in developing community based behavioral health programs and has guided the administrative, clinical and fiscal management of numerous acute inpatient hospitals.

Luis Castillo - Member, Board of Directors

Luis Castillo has more than 25 years of experience in health-care information technology. Castillo is President of Ensocare and a Vice President at CQHealth Group. Prior to joining CQuence, Castillo served as Senior Vice President at Siemens Healthcare, where he was responsible for developing alternate markets, sales strategies and sales channels for the health-care information technology business. Luis’ broad experience across Sales, Product Management, and Consulting has honed his leadership skills and business acumen. Today, he is a sought-after participant in strategic initiatives and global partnership efforts. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Haverford College.

Mike O'Gorman - Member, Board of Directors

Mike O’Gorman, currently an Executive Vice President at Clinlogix, has held senior leadership positions for more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Mike has deep operating and strategic experience in building and selling successful companies. Prior to his current position, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Sentrx, a Pharmacovigilance company, where he led Sentrx through due diligence and a successful exit to Telerx. Mike also led VirtualEdge Corporation through a successful exit to ADP and has held senior positions at KPMG.

Mike received his BS in accounting from St. Peter’s University and is in Edison Venture’s CFO Hall of Fame.

Jennifer Hartt - Member, Board of Directors

Jennifer Hartt is an Observer on InvisALERT’s board of directors and is Director of Investments, Life Sciences, for Ben Franklin. Jennifer directs all of Ben Franklin’s life sciences investments in companies with technologies ranging from clinical healthcare IT, medical devices and diagnostics to therapeutics. She has invested in more than forty companies for Ben Franklin since arriving in 2005. Jennifer holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Biology, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania.
